Brussels, 04/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - After the ministerial conclave in Naples and a week away from the decisive meeting of the Intergovernmental Conference at Heads of State and Government level, the representatives of the national parliaments and the European Parliament to the Convention are meeting in Brussels this Friday, with a view to adopting a joint declaration.
