EP Maritime Safety Committee calls for captain of Prestige to be heard and for report from authorities of the Bahamas - supporting creation of European coastguard

Brussels, 04/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament's temporary committee on strengthening maritime safety closed its first working session on Tuesday, the day after it was opened.
