Brussels, 24/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - Last week, the European Parliament approved the own initiative report by Dutch Green Joost Lagendijk on the stabilisation and association process for South-East Europe, urging the EU to link all aid to countries involved in this process to increased cooperation with the Tribunal in The Hague for the former Yugoslavia, applying an effective refugee return policy and fighting corruption, organised crime and trafficking of all descriptions.
