Parliament delegation to assess respect of freedom of religion

Strasbourg, 24/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - In a resolution adopted last Thursday, the EP again called on the Vietnamese authorities to respect the freedom of religion of all groups and to put an end to the repressive policies toward the EBUV (Unified Buddhist Church of Vietnam), the Catholic Church, the Christian mountain populations and Hoa Hao Buddhists.
