24/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Hanns Seidel Foundation in Brussels, led by Markus Russ is holding a conference on 3 December in Brussels on "Trans-European networks in an enlarged European Union: could European transport infrastructure cave in?" Among those taking part will by European Commissioner Loyola de Palacio, MEP Markus Ferber and Hungarian observer to the EP Jenö Manninger.
