Brussels, 24/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - According to Polish daily Rzeczpospolita, Silvio Berlusconi apparently sounded out the Polish government last week in Warsaw (where he was attending the Summit of the countries in the Central European Initiative: see other article) on the possibility of a compromise on the rules on qualified majority in Council.
