Commission announces recommendations on managing directors' salaries and supervisory boards, and publishes results of consultations on "company law"

Brussels, 24/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission is to publish "recommendations" during the second quarter of 2004, on company directors' pay and the independence of supervisory boards, it announced whilst presenting the results of the consultation on the reform of company law in the EU.
