2002 accounts are reliable but management of agricultural and structural funds must be improved in Member States, says Court's annual report

Strasbourg, 18/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The accounts of the European Commission for 2002 are "reliable" and the "plan for modernising the accounting system is positive", said the president of the Court of Auditors, Juan Manuel Fabra Valles, as he presented his annual report to the press on Tuesday.
