18/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - Pascal Lamy, European Trade Commissioners, was decorated on 17 November in Brussels, by the Mexican Ambassador to the EU Porfirio Munõz Ledo, with the order of Aquila Azteca, indicates a press release from the Mexican mission to the EU. The press release adds that the Aztec Eagle was awarded to Pascal Lamy notably in recognition for his commitment towards both trade and development.
