Brussels, 18/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Italian Minister for Foreign Affairs Franco Frattini affirmed on Tuesday to his colleagues that: the Naples conclave will be finished by Saturday lunch time. A clear way of signalling to them that this would not involve a marathon and that there would not be an unreasonable deadline for the agreement whose contentious points will be left to the Summit in December.
