Thailand calls for dispute panel on customs classification
of poultry

Brussels, 10/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - Formalising the breakdown of bilateral consultations on Friday, Thailand has formally requested the World Trade Organisation (WTO) to set up an arbitration panel in the dispute between Thailand and the European Union concerning the customs classification of portions of frozen, salted and de-boned chicken.
