Brussels, 10/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - At a proposal by Commissioner Franz Fischler and in agreement with Romano Prodi, the European Commission may decide, on Tuesday, to launch infringement procedures against Spain and the United Kingdom for failing to comply with the rules of Common Fisheries Policy (CFP) regarding controls on fishing activity.
