Court of Auditors criticises the way the Community aid regime works for dried fodder producers

Brussels, 10/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - In a special report adopted last Friday, the Court of Auditors criticises the management of the common market organisation (CMO) for dried fodder which was changed somewhat during the reform of Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) in June. The main conclusions of its inquiry carried out in the three main producer Member States (Spain, France and Italy) are:
