10/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - At the Institut de la gestion publique et du développement économique (IGPDE) in Vincennes (France) on 1 December, the Centre des Etudes Européennes de Strasbourg (CEES) is organising a training day entitled "Les nouveaux visages du lobbying européen".
