05/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - "Megaphone diplomacy is counter-productive" British Liberal Democrat Chris Huhne told Pedro Solbes. In a press release, the MEP reproaches the Economy Commissioner for having announced a "new ruling on France's budget deficit as a take it or leave it offer without securing the private agreement of Francis Mer that he would respect it".
