Brussels, 28/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Commission had adopted a communication on how Member States have to apply the "mutual recognition" principle. This "practical guide" indicates that Member States have to explicitly indicate the reasons why they refuse to trade a product on their territory if it has been authorised in another state.
