Peking summit on human rights, situation in Korea and Burma - airspace and industrial agreements - appeal by Amnesty International

Brussels, 28/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - Silvio Berlusconi, Romano Prodi, Javier Solana, Franco Frattini and Pascal Lamy will take part in the 6th Annual EU/China Summit on 30 October in Peking. According to a Commission press statement, this will provide the occasion, particularly for the EU, to underline the need to reinforce dialogue on human rights in order to achieve more concrete results.
