Luxemburg, 28/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The EU's Court of First Instance has recently ruled in favour of the Milanese company Trucci Sistemi di Telecomunicazione which wants to register its Starix trademark despite opposition from the publishing house Editions Albert René, owners of the comic strip hero Asterix.
Editions Albert René had launched proceedings against the Office for community trademarks in Alicante (OHIM) because it had refused to consider its opposition to the « Starix »...
