Brussels, 28/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - Nearly fifteen days after the presentation by the Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt and the Minister-President of the Bruxelles-Capitale region Daniel Ducarme of a plan for the layout of the European institutions (see among other EUROPE of 10 October, p. 17), the Ecologist group in the Bruxelles-Capitale Regional Council argued that this ambitious plan is not credible, and will thus deceive citizens.
