28/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Luxembourg government confirmed in a press statement last Friday the hostility already demonstrated by Jean-Claude Juncker, during the European Council of Brussels, at the possible additional summit, suggested by the Italian Presidency before the IGC conclave on 28-29- November in Naples.
