23/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the European Commission confirmed it was in discussion with the French government on the matter of recapitalising the French group, Bull. The Commission had decided to take action against France at the Court of Justice for not having recovered the loan of EUR 450 million paid out to Bull last year. EUROPE will come back to this.
