Ms de Palacio presents measures to strengthen road safety

Brussels, 22/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday Loyola de Palacio, Commissioner for transport presented to the press measures for strengthening road safety in the EU, adopted on the evening before by the College (EUROPE yesterday p 8).
