Strasbourg, 22/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament's constitutional committee, chaired by Italian Georgio Napolitano (Democratici di Sinistra) welcomed on Tuesday evening (in a backdrop to the plenary session in Strasbourg), the representatives form the 13 national parliaments of the accession Member States for a debate with the President of the Council, Franco Frattini on the work of the intergovernmental conference.
