Strasbourg, 22/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - Senegalese President, Abdoulaye Wade, notched up a notably successful performance on Tuesday at the European Parliament in Strasbourg. Speaking as the spokesman for Africa, Mr Wade, whose discourse was not conventional, highlighted the need to attract private investment and develop infrastructure on the continent.
