22/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the European Commission will present the Natali Prize for Journalism 2003 (after Lorenzo Natali, who was the vice-president of the Commission with Jacques Delors) to reward the best reporting on human rights, democracy and development. Five prizes of EUR 10,000 each will be attributed, one for each large region of the world.
