Lord Robertson expresses serious doubts about creation of a European headquarters outside NATO

Brussels, 22/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - After the meeting held on Tuesday evening between the Political and Security Committee (PSC) of the European Union and the North Atlantic Council (NAC), Lord Robertson, NATO Secretary General, and Javier Solana, EU High Representative for CFSP, stated their agreement as to the need to avoid all duplication and all competition between the EU and NATO.
