Barcelona Process: Commission priorities with a view to ministerial meeting on 2 and 3 December in Naples

On 15 October, the European Commission adopted a communication on strengthening Euro-Mediterranean relations, in the context of preparing the sixth meeting of Foreign Ministers participating in the Barcelona Process (see EUROPE of 16 October, p.17).
