Council approves cooperation agreement between European Space Agency and European Community

Brussels, 22/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the Council of Ministers approved a framework agreement intended to organise cooperation between the European Community and the European Space Agency (ESA). The ESA Ministerial Council has still to give its go-ahead to signature.
