Conclusion of new Political Dialogue and Cooperation Agreement

Brussels, 20/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - Last week the EU and the Andean Community (CAN: Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela) successfully concluded the second and final round of negotiations for a new Political Dialogue and Cooperation Agreement (EUROPE 14 October p 11). This agreement replaces the currently existing agreement in force since 1993.
