Brussels, 20/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - Ministers from the Fifteen responsible for cooperation and development policy, together with their counterparts from new EU accession and candidate countries are meeting for an informal Council on 24 October in Trieste. Roberto Antonione, Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs in Italy, will chair the meetings. Poul Nielson will represent the European Commission.
