Move to special summit in November

Strasbourg, 03/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - During a press conference on Wednesday in Strasbourg, Italian Vice Prime Minister, Gianfranco Fini, announced that the Italian Presidency intended, "in November", to arrange a Special Summit for Heads of State and Governments, which would examine the work of the IGC and the draft European constitution.
