Strasbourg, 03/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - Presenting the results of the European Convention for the first time to the European Parliament plenary session on 3 September in Strasbourg, Valéry Giscard d'Estaing pointed out what "has still to be done if Europe is to have a Constitution". He urged governments and the European Parliament to approve a text "related" to the draft Constitution submitted by himself to the Italian Presidency on 18 July in Rome.
