Commission signs cooperation programme with Congo - EUR 205 million over five years

Brussels, 03/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has signed the strategy paper and the national indicative programme that will be a framework for cooperation with the Democratic Republic of Congo over five years, with a financial allocation of EUR 205 million from the 9th EDF (European Development Fund).
