Noëlle Lenoir calls on airlines to keep Strasbourg-London link when Ryanair suspends its flights

Brussels, 02/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - Noëlle Lenoir, French Minister for European Affairs, has expressed his worries about the impending suspension of daily flights between Strasbourg and London by the Irish airline Ryanair. In a press statement, the Minister declared that this route was "essential" for the effective functioning of the European institutions, as well as being profitable.
