02/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has given its clearance for a merger project whereby the French investment fund management company PAI Partners is to acquire control of the whole of the French company, GrandVision, specialised in the retail distribution of optical products. The operation was examined according to simplified procedure.
