Brussels, 26/08/2003 (Agence Europe) - Commissioner Loyola de Palacio and German transport minister Manfred Stolpe reached agreement on Tuesday over the new toll system for lorries due to be introduced in Germany. The new toll will come into force on 2 November 2003. Germany has not been granted authorisation for the aid system it was planning to install alongside the new toll.
