Germany's SIEMENS is to sell LSS - LIFE SUPPORT SYSTEMS for EUR 200 million (expected turnover of EUR 205 million in 2003, workforce of 720) to Sweden's GETINGE. LSS manufacturers anaesthesia equipment and respiratory aids for operating theatres.
