26/08/2003 (Agence Europe) - On 19 August, Commissioner Michaele Schreyer's department published a brochure on the web outlining the Financial Regulation adopted by the Council on 25 June 2002 and the 23 December 2002 Regulation on implementation of the Financial Regulation.
