Serbia has sold a 79.5% stake in BEOPETROL (180 service stations in Serbia, workforce of 1650), the country's second biggest service station chain, to Russian oil company LOUKOIL for EUR 207 million. Hungary's MOL bid EUR 101 million for the same deal.
