France's THALES has sold its subsidiary THALES ANTENNAS (manufacture and supply of aerials and masts) to the UK's CHELTON. After the deal, THALES ANTENNAS will return to its old name, RACAL ANTENNAS. It is expected to record a turnover of around EUR 19 million in 2003.
