Brussels, 25/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - As reported on p. 14 of our 23 July issue, the European Commission decided on Wednesday to open a formal investigation into measure envisaged by German authorities to compensate for the effect of the planned increase of toll rates for road hauliers.
