Belgian group BEKAERT has acquired shares from the Swedish companies MIB MARKETING AB and MIB SUN & SAFETY AB as well as from the Danish company SGD - SOLAR GARD DENMARK APS. MIG and SGD are large projection film and corresponding instrument distributors in Scandinavia. Their combined turnovers are more than EUR 2 million. BEKAERT is present in this sector in Scandinavia via the BEKAERT SPECIALITY FILMS NORDIC AB company.
