ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) pharmaceuticals

Spanish group LICONSA and the Italian company ITALFARMACO have taken control of 56% of the French group EFFIK, specialised in gynaecology. The two partners will then submit a take-over bid in September for all EFFIK's shares at a price of EUR 25 per share.
