25/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - The London Royal College of Physicians (RCP) has granted the Health and Consumer Affairs Commissioner David Byrne its highest distinction for non-medical staff, an Honorary Fellowship. In his acceptance speech, Byrne said he was delighted to put the idea of positive health at the centre of the European integration process.
