25/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) has granted a global loan of EUR 200 million to Banca OPI. The loan will contribute to the funding of small and medium-sized projects in assisted areas of Italy. These projects aim to improve infrastructure and concern sectors such as education, health and transport. The loan is the first instalment of EIB aid totalling EUR 400 million.
