Brussels, 18/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has just sent a warning to Italy, Spain and Ireland to comply with judgements of the European Court of Justice with regard to mutual recognition of their qualifications. If Member States do not implement judgements of the Court, the Commission may ask the Court to impose a penalty payment on them.
