Chairman Giscard d'Estaing officially presents draft constitutional treaty to Italian Presidency

Brussels, 18/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Friday, 18 July 2003, the Chairman of the Convention on the Future of Europe, Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, accompanied by two Vice-Chairmen, Giuliano Amato and Jean-Luc Dehaene, officially handed over the complete Draft Constitutional Treaty to the Italian European Council Presidency.
