18/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - the Agricultural and Fisheries Council on Tuesday will decide, without debate, to convene the conciliation committee on the draft directive on opening up port services for competition. The first committee meeting is expected to take place on 30 September (EUROPE 4 July p 10).
