Brussels, 16/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - As its meeting in Brussels on 10 July, the Parliamentary Committee on Women's Rights adopted the report by German Socialist Lissy Gröner on the second phase of the Daphne programme (2004-2008), which aims to halt violence against children, adolescents and women, and to protect victims and high-risk groups. The report will feature on the agenda of the EP's September plenary session in Strasbourg (procedure: co-decision, 1st reading).
