16/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has given its green light to the complete takeover of Rodenstock GmbH, and German producer of spectacles and other optical equipment, by the investment fund Permira Europe II, itself controlled by Schroder Ventures Limited. The agreement was pronounced after an investigation under the simplified control procedure.
